Woodland Bakery was established in 2004

Owned by Deborah and Trevor Wisbey who have run the shop on a day to day basis for 16 years.
They have combined catering experience of over 30 years in the industry.

Trevor has worked in all aspects of the catering industry from small restaurants to large hotels.
Trevor worked as a chef in Ritz London for over 4 years. Deborah also has experience in the kitchens and management of both small and large restaurants.

This shop however, wouldn't be where it is today without the staff !
We have a friendly team, who not only know how to produce a work of art when it comes to your lunch, they are experts at delivering good customer service.


Our Food

We pride ourselves on the quality of the food we provide for our customers.
It's fresh, good quality and reasonably priced.

Wherever possible our food is supplied by local companies using local produce.



Hygiene Rating

We have been awarded a Level 5 rating by Brentwood Council for our hygiene levels.

The Council introduced a new scheme, whereby every food establishment in Brentwood will be
graded on their hygiene levels when it comes to handling and storing food.

We were fortunate enough to be selected  by the council from over 350 companies to
represent the scheme for the local area.
